Conductive foams are designed to offer mechanical and electrical protection for electronics sensitive to electrostatic discharge during packaging phases, or to create support surfaces during specific manual operations. 

Typically the firm conductive version is recommended in integrated circuit packaging where PINs must grip foam deeply.
Made of additivated polyurethane, density 65 kg/m³, Rs <10⁶ Ω.
